BRTA Head Trainer / Coordinator
The Behavioral Research and Trainer's Association Head Trainer and Coordinator oversees all Dire Wolf Guardian training programs and coordinates the educational training of students at the Dire Wolf Guardian Trainer's Academy. This position requires an extensive knowledge of inherited American Alsatian temperament, which includes how to read any American Alsatian's subtle communication signals. The BRTA head trainer/coordinator must also have an full understanding of the different lines and generations of American Alsatian and work closely with American Alsatian breeders within the Dire Wolf Project. The BRTA head trainer/coordinator is a paid position approved by the Behavioral Research and Trainer's Association executive board. As part of the head trainer's duties, he/she must submit regular monthly updates to the BRTA executive board members as well as keep a daily (or near daily) journal or blog regarding the training events of both the Dire Wolf Guardians and the Trainer's Academy.
